For those who say we shouldn't fire Fredi. A trained monkey can coach this team and that is what Fredi is.

it's okay, we Braves fans don't really care, we just care about the "A" on our cap regardless if we win or lose. We have an awesome manager and bunch of great players and we should not say anything bad about them.

According to so called diehard fans, yes. They say he is doing an awesome job even though my dog Maggie probably can outcoach him. You or I or anyone else on this board know more about baseball than him, but he is the coach, he has the "A" on his cap and we should support him no matter what and no matter how much he absolutely sucks.

What happened? I'd switched to Spurs/Clippers.

Edit: I see now that he homered. Maybin's sporting a pretty gaudy OPS for a guy hitting .195.
 
Nothing I dislike in baseball more than an umpire who can't hold a consistent strike zone. If we're going to bog the game down with replay, balls and strikes have to be a part of the discussion.
