Jace Peterson

We should all be concerned about losing our jobs to Jace Peterson.

I was just clownin', but it should be "than," OR you would have to have a comma after "Freeman's."

It should have times new roman font size 12, alignment justified, and double spaced, but who am I too judge?

Besides, all of you tally wackers need to come off this hype train before us analytical folk get a bit too uppedity.

Who cares how a lineup full of Jace Peterson's would perform?

It depends on position. I will take a .350 OBP and great defense (especially when combined with very good speed) all day at second base. Or shortstop. Or CF. Or catcher.

I will only take a .350 OBP and great defense at other positions if it comes with more. I don't want my LF hitting .260/.350/.340, I don't really care what else he brings.

Be careful upsetting the thread police.

Jace Peterson announced that he would be seeking the Republican nomination as candidate for President of the United States.

Is it time to permanenntly move Peraza to CF?

Maybe its time to shop him as well for a long term improvement?

I think Peterson is the guy.

Yes, and I'm not convinced that Peraza will be able to hit at the ML level. Good contact, too little extra base hits, too few walks.

Essentially he's Peterson with more speed and less walking skills.

I think Peraza is a more dynamic player than Peterson. Braves have a tough call here as they have 3 guys for essentially two spots. The thing that Peterson gives us is another option. For example if the Brew Crew want Peraza in a trade for Lucroy then suddenly that option is plausible. It's a really nice problem to have. I hope they get it right.

I know Josh Donaldson probably isn't available but he only has a couple of more years left before he's a FA. I'd make them a super strong offer and see if they bite. Peraza and Wood would Def get their attention.
