I thought this was pretty significant news and didn't want to let it go by without comment. Jace looked good - really good - to me, until he stopped hitting. I thought his 2B play was excellent, as well. If, in fact, he was playing through an 80% tear in the thumb ligament for the last half of the season, I'm more hopeful that the guy I saw emerging in May was the real deal, not the guy hitting.209 the last half.
