July signees usually don't play in an organized league in the year in which they are signed.

I have a feeling they might push Maitan a little more than others we've signed in the past.

I would guess he won't play in 2016. I would think we'll get him into our program, get him some instruction, give him time, and have him ready to go in 2017.

I would think he would go straight into the GCL or Danville in 2017, though.
