Sitting out the election because a candidate doesn't pass a purity test.
Remember
The Supreme Court is at stake.
You say this as if the board would agree that HRC would make good SCOTUS picks...
your reply seems to think people on this board would rather a reality star make SCOTUS picks
The most recent WSJ poll has Johnson and Stein polling at 16% collectively. This is a clear indication that the people want a 3rd option... yet the dumb rules the RNC/DNC made with the debates will keep them both out.
Pollsters should probably keep Stein out, since she won't be on all ballots... I don't care who it is, I just want a 3rd party on the debate stage.
No, they probably wouldn't, but I don't see any of this as a reason to abandon principles and not vote for a 3rd party.
This is funny.
You had a 4 year opportunity to create a candidate / party to vote for.
I haven't heard the name of Gary Johnson until April of this year and the last time was August of 2012
The debate rules regarding participation have been in place since you were in grade school -- fact of the matter in place coming out of the 2012 election .
This is not new or some conspiracy - shoot, Gay Marriage has become mainstream, why not the Libertarian or Green Party?
All that these two 3rd party candidates would do on a debate stage is take up space that could be used for a flag or something
Even Ron Paul understands that
The Republican and Democratic parties own the Debate commission... if a person were to achieve 15%, I'd bet a lot of money the rules would suddenly change against that person
