College Football Thread

It's Alabama and everyone else.

Spartans tried their hardest to let Notre Dame win, but the Irish couldn't make enough stops on defense. Pretty pathetic game for the Spartans.

Bama got a little lucky tonight. But the best teams always seem to have luck on their side. Special teams, again, was a major difference maker in this game, just like in the NCG against Clemson.

Couple more notes from today's Bama win:

Jalen Hurts is a player. Yes, he has improvement that is needed, but he's starting to grow in a his offense. Just a true freshman.

There are times Lane Kiffin makes me want to choke him. Quit calling some of these little screens and sweeps.

Officials were horrible. Hubert Owens and his crew is the worst in the SEC.

My top ten heading into week 4:

Alabama
Ohio State
Louisville
Clemson
Stanford
Michigan State
Houston
Wisconsin
Texas A&M
Michigan/Washington

Kirby Smart isnt a good head coach. He might learn how to be one but he's not there yet. He's just overmatched.

Really reminds me of Kiffin-Tenn and Muschamp-FL.

So much hype. Young successful coordinators whom were supposed to be permanent fixtures at their universities and were the hot commodities.

Honestly hope Richt in Miami finishes higher in rankings than UGA to show just how "Smart" that decision was. Richt built that program into a success and deserved to go out on his own terms.

Tennessee and Florida will both kick Georgia's teeth in this year. I honestly don't expect more than 7 wins from Georgia. 5 or 6 wins is even possible.

Unbelievable. Dobbs is a good qb when the o-line gives him time to throw. Staff realized the line was actually blocking UF's d-line pretty good so they opened up the playbook in the 2nd half.
