But you understand what he's saying, right?

He believes that the leaks were innocent in and of themselves - which may or may not be true - but that the media has chosen to characterize them most heavily from the 'Russia conspiracy' angle.

The whole "if it bleeds, it leads" thing.

Trump lacks eloquence, but he does have a point.

I'm not talking about this situation... you just said it can't be both... I surmise that you can.

I can leak something to the press that is not true to get a story brewing.

I do understand what he saying, but it seems to be undercut by the fact that he fired Mike Flynn because of the information that was leaked. If he fired him based on the information as it was presented originally, it would be entirely different. That critique just doesn't hold up.

He may think that the news is biased, but his actions indicate that it is not "fake."

you're telling a lie

leaking something means telling truth that some don't want to get out

intentionally misguiding people isn't a leak. it's a lie

i know that is hard to tell people in this day and age with a president who lies blatantly about things easy to find out that are false and doesn't back down when presented with facts and an administration that uses the term "alternative facts" though
