True. But I think we have a better understanding now of certain relationships. Between Kilimnik, Deripaska and Manafortov in particular. The information about the various emails was not released in a neat bundle tied together in a bow. Now we can see better how it ties together and what Manafortov was up to. The question is whether others in the Trump campaign had knowledge of his activities.

There is such a plethora of ties between the people who attached themselves to Trump and the Russians that it is not easy to see the forest for the trees. I suspect Mueller and his team have been grappling with this. Understanding how these various relationships fit together or don't.

Some things that I wonder about: Was Flynn involved aware or involved with any of the outreach efforts by Manafortov, Papadopoulos and Peter W Smith. Was there any coordination/division of responsibility between the different outreach efforts. Did Michael Cohen play any role in wrapping up loose ends once these activities began attracting attention. How much did Sessions know.

Whatever it is man. You're clearly an intelligent individual who I suspect is very successful in your career. At the same time you're so in the tank for collusion that you've lost an ability to see objectively. I suppose that's the case for me as well but you've now doNE this repeatedly (repost old information and portray it as a breaking moment). You're not the only one. Everyone is starved for new information but what we have right now doesn't show collusion at all.

My position remains that a quid pro quo is not proven. But I think more likely than not there was one. And for me the needle in recent weeks has moved in the direction of more likely.

You're right that there hasn't been any great revelation in recent weeks regarding quid pro quo. What has changed for me is my understanding of how various pieces of information come together. Perhaps it is a symptom as you put it of being too far into the tank. But I don't think so. By nature I'm rather skeptical of conspiracy theories. But I do love a good puzzle. I'm like a dog with a bone once I find a puzzle that interests me.

I don't want Treason for Trump, not unless Pence is in the cell next to him. I just want him publicly humiliated, declawed and radioactive for the midterms, which so far seems to be working.
 
lol, flipping through channels and stumble on MSNBC and the first thing I read on the bottomline ticker is "Trump Administration is considering new sanctions against Russia after new revelations of election meddling".

Not sure if serious or not.

LA Times did not cover themselves with glory on that one. Wonder about their sources and also the part of the story about Gates having his queen for a day thing. By the way it's Pavel not Manfred.

for all his flaws Donnie is not Russian...the best historical analogy is Caligula's horse...which makes the American electorate Caligula...democracy while better than the alternatives is not perfect...the people wanted to make their dissatisfaction known...and chose a blunt instrument to do so
