Honestly I like every team in the AL playoff race than anyone in the NL. The NL is very average this season, but wins and losses aren’t an indicator though.
 
Bats do their job and voila, the bullpen decides to throw a rotten egg. It happens we need to deal with it. Even Freddie with a day off, pinch hit homer, gotta love that. Maybe it wakes him up as the refrigerator he is hauling, his knees are getting lower to the ground.

So ****ing what? This team making the postseason would be a massive achievement. Besides that, making the postseason is always a good thing, regardless of what happens when you get there.
 
We weren’t even expected to be in a playoff race to begin the season. Making the postseason would be a huge achievement.
 
My only fear is we make the postseason and AA keeps Snitkers to not ruffle anyone's feathers. It'd almost be a mandate to keep Snitkers another year or even worse a contract extension.

Not when you don't deserve it and it's handed to you on a golden platter. Not going to be playing the Marlins and Mets in the postseason.

we pitched biddle in the 7th and winkler in the 8th...that seems like using your A-team to preserve the win to me.
duvall in RF was the costly mistake. but winkler and minter flat-out stunk, and that's not the manager's fault.

I hope so. He'd be a really big add going into the playoffs... if we make it, of course.

This is a guy with a career ERA under 3 and he was throwing fire before going down. He scares the poop out of me sometimes, but he's about as solid as you can ask for.
