yup. The Cards have made big plays and gotten big hits when needed. The offense hasn’t been our issue but we haven’t been timely enough to win.

Freeman started off too aggressive chasing a ball in dirt and K's on same pitch that would've been ball four scoring a run.

The bad was chasing that pitch the first time, but that's a really good 3-2 pitch there. Really tough to lay off that one with 2 strikes.

He has killed Martinez and just got overly aggressive, should have realized who is in trouble and that he'd be scared to give him a good pitch. Not a smart AB by Freeman against a pitcher not throwing strikes.

True. The frustration doesn’t speak for how well this team has performed and the long window of contention we have moving forward. This team should be really good for many, many years.
