Saints would of scored more than 3 points

Well you had to know Bill wasn't going to let the Rams HC survey the defense and call the play for Goff like he had been doing. I actually expected more moving around, disguising everything and overall shenanigans than what I saw.

I like SP way better than I do clapping boy but to me he's just a bit overrated. I'm thinking while he is a good one for sure lots of people could be great coaches when they have Brees and Kamara to lean on pretty heavily. Besides I don't really see him agreeing to be the part time HC during whatever times of the week JJ decides he can loan him the keys.

This comes up every few years. Payton has a job for life with the Saints so I dont see him leaving anytime soon. I know people assume once Brees retires Payton might leave but he has shown to be pretty exceptional at rating and developing QB talent in the last few years.

Also, what a boring Superb Owl, 3 points? LOL. Proved they werent good enough to be a Super Bowl team.

What was it the Falcons players said about beating Rodgers and the Packers a few years back? When asked why they beat the Packers so handily they supposedly said, "Aaron didn't get to bring "his refs" with him this week. Might last night beat somewhat similar?

Someone put an APB on Todd Gurley

I was doing other stuff and wasn't totally dialed in, but in retrospect, I think one of the biggest plays of the game is when Gurley fumbled after getting the first down with the ball going out of bounds short of the first down. Rams don't make it on third down and they punt. Can't ever prove the negative, but who knows what happens if the Rams could sustain a drive.

Thing I noticed most about the game was all of the clutch punting.

Pretty amazing how bad it was. The whole thing... hate it had to be in ATL, but dad gum that was the worst few hours I've spent watching Tv in a long time. Halftime show was atrocious, but they at least didn't seem to be syncing this time.

My favorite thing is ESPN trying to hype it up with strong defensive play and great coaching. No it was just bad.

Cheifs/Saints would of been much better.

Rams defense played strong and the Pats defense played smart, but I don't recall a game where I saw so many wide open receivers missed by supposedly high quality QBs. This game was severely missing Mahomes. Chiefs would have murderized the Rams.

A saints chiefs game is what we deserved

The game wasn't a work-of-art and I didn't see McVay do anything that great, but Belichick is cementing his position as the greatest coach of all time. Lombardi, Halas, Landry, Grant, Noll. They are all in line behind him. Belichick has never fell for the fad and instead has taken a malleable approach to preparing his team to win against any type of opponent. His system is literally "no system."
