Hey question for you. I saw a trade suggestion today I think from ESPN so take that for what it’s worth. Wilson Allard and Dean for Smith and Bumgarner. Good or bad deal for the Braves?

Woodruff wasn't a 2-way player at state. He had 19 AB his freshman year with an ops of .332; he didn't hit again

That sounds like same suggestion an MLB.com writer suggested that was posted here in another thread recently. But the poster made a typo listing Dean as Smith.

If Smith is worth 2-3 40s with perhaps one of them being a 45, and Bumgarner is worth a single 45 or less, then consolidating that value into a single 50 is probably fair value and is almost certainly the type of package trade the Giants will be looking to pull off.

I would rather see the Braves get Smith for 2-3 lesser guys and then shop for SP value elsewhere.
