The intentional walk change to save what, two minutes per season per team? At most? The 'boxes' drawn on the field within which the fielders have to start every play to prevent shifts. Shrinking the strike zone to increase offesne (after already juicing the ball), while somehow getting the time of games down (the day I see a 14-13, 1 hour 48 minute game, I'll stop thinking poorly of his logical faculties). Having fan podcasts that have the names of the team of which they're a fan and are discussing in the name shut down, and threatening to sue them. Rob Manfred is a bad idea machine, and he does not seem to actually like baseball.
