I wasn’t wrong yesterday, you were trying way too hard to be right about essentially nothing. Very sad.

I failed to account for the different offensive eras and the fact that Freeman played most of his career in a downturn. That’s why we have OPS+. I’m willing to bet that Freeman doesn’t continue to be an elite hitter into his mid 30’s, and a very good hitter into his 40’s.

I’ve been wrong before, but I don’t remember when.
