The Acuna/Albies deals basically helps situations like this. But also need to re-sign Freddie to a new deal as well.

I think JD has 2-3 more years at this level. Unless AA throws a blank check at Rendon.

Give up? No, but going into a year with him as the starting 3B as bad as he's looked isnt something i think AA should do.

Given all the options there should be at 3B/cOF.

I dont think he'll get 4 year offers with the QO. But it'll be interesting how AA figures out that situation, JD is pretty much the reason teams can pitch to FF now. First time in like ever teams gotta think do i pitch to FF or to JD.
