Trump's hare-brained decision to suddenly pull out of Syria with no warning or preparation is going to haunt him and the U.S. for a long time.

Let the savages fight it out amongst each other and allow Russia/China to waste their resources.
Oh hey - Another 'recession' type prediction that never has a time frame to come to fruition.
But thats cool - You are now the party of wanting to stay in a never ending war. If that is not the case then I'd love to know what conditions would exist to ever leave.
Why would we need to leave? The troops that were pulled out weren't fighting so much as keeping a fight from starting.
Rarely have two sides fought over an issue so ferociously only for both to get it so wrong.
First, U.S. President Donald Trump announced almost a year ago that he would be pulling U.S. ground troops out of Syria. He failed to do so. And then, last week, he blessed an invasion into northern Syria by Turkey, which he is now punishing through sanctions for its conduct. The only constant is that Trump claims to want to end “endless wars” while doing nothing of the sort.
His most prominent critics, for their part, have seized on Trump’s mess to demand an open-ended mission in Syria—and thus another unending deployment in the Middle East.
Both sides have put forward the fiction that Trump, who has sent 14,000 more troops to the Middle East since May, is actually reducing the U.S. military presence there. Neither offers any way for the United States to disentangle itself from the region. Indeed, the only hope of escape begins with identifying the common flaw in their logic.
isnt it a form of wishful thinking that we can "disentangle" ourselves from the region

I guess this line of thinking goes for Israel, too?
Considering that we allowed many ISIS prisoners to go free while betraying thousands of Kurds, I wonder how many new America haters and potential terrorists we turned loose by this action.

How did we betray the kurds? Because we didnt stay forever? And which faction if the kurds did we betray exactly?
Israel is more than equipped to protect themselves.
This is only the case because we have been assured by really smart people that we have to stay.
actually we've given isolationism a try...several tries
Why ask me? The headlines have been filled with military and foreign policy experts saying the same thing. I guess what they promised that if they helped us we'd stand by them, since they are a minority people surrounded by enemies.
We should've made a deliberate withdrawal that didn't suddenly leave them naked and one where we didn't have to blow up our own assets. Trump blindsided not only the Kurds, but also his own military, who by the way are now making contingency plans for his next hare-brained idea.
You tax dollars at work.
