I doubt Mike "cigarettes dont cause cancer" Pence would have been better. In Indiana he had to go joke and pray before allowing common sense practices to fight an outbreak of aids in his state.

Former Senator from Oklahoma Tom Coburn has died from cancer. Not a fan of his view on marijuana but he was a strong fiscal conservative which makes me a big fan. I would rather burn my money than give it to the government. We can be conscience objectors to fighting in a war but we somehow cant object to paying for endless wars and mass incarceration of people who have not attempted to commit a crime against anyone. I want the government to have so little money that they actually have to do cost benefit analysis on their policies instead if just inventing new ways to tax people.

When I advocate for basic human rights, people will
dismiss the substance of what I say due to my “tone.”
But if you’re Trump, some of those same folks will cite
“tone” to minimize his reckless flu comparisons,
science denial, and lagging response costing 1000s of lives.

did you you switch your whole portfolio up of dropping stocks that they knew would lose a bunch of money
while also investing in companies that would do well during the mismanagement of a pandemic
right after leaving a closed door gov't intel meeting with that knowledge?
we will overlook people doing that while telling the public everything is fine and it's a great time to invest for the time being though
if so, yeah, off with your head too
