School Openings

I read the quote. I don’t think it means what you think it means. (I.e. in a speech he wants to steer the economy more towards families than the investor class, hence “end of shareholder capitalism”)

Quote =/= Policy

I read his economic policy released last week and gave you my feedback. Do I like that? No, buts it’s not scary,

Again, more center left jargon than evil Marxist.

Thanks. I was wondering where thethe was getting his "end of shareholder capitalism" conspiracy theory. Hilarious.

BREAKING: trump admits defeat on holding rallies, says they will now only have their rallies by telephone.

But STILL wants our kids to risk going to school.

Y'all are making great endorsements for unionization.
Grocery workers etc struck early on the shutdown.
Whether they won that battle or not is immaterial
they by the words you both are winning the war

Lol.

Teachers are such a joke.

Thanks to the unions

Grocery store workers are a joke.
You once said yorself the man that cleaned the rest rooms at your office wasn't of your caliber.

By your writings any one not of the investor class. Which I hate to break this to you, but you are not of, is a joke.

You live off of the advancements of unions every day of your white privledged life.

Sad part is, you dont realize it.
Or so blinded by wealth envy

I'd love to see where I said this.

I have said that a janitor is more easily replaceable than a VP.

Which you know, is pretty obvious, right?

.
Why do you think that VP fights tooth and nail to not have that janitor go on strike, who takes out the trash ?
who cleans the commode or the urinal ?
Is that contribution less than a person that sits in meetings all day ?
and the state of American business witnessed by the series of bailouts the past 3 years speaks, shouts, volumes
the quality of VP we are producing

it depends on how you view worth ?
I see one hand washing the other

You keep making the argument for a viable union system in our economy and dont even realize it.
Who trains the worker that makes the widget ?
The VP ?
The investor ?

It is interesting how you undervalue teachers on the one hand and scoff at experts on the other,
While the capitalistic system you so revere is propped up by governmental bailout after bailout.

You dont see anything amiss there?
Stupid question

My dad was a teacher. I have many friends who are teachers.

I see how broken the system is first hand.

Janitors do critical work... but the thing about a janitor is... if one quits, it's not too difficult to find another person who capable of cleaning a toilet.

It's not as easy to find someone who can manage multi billion dollar enterprises.

But sounds like you are of the "to each according to their means" camp

Ah, the system is broken
far different animal than " Teachers are such a joke."

Have you listened the past two years to the grievances of striking teachers ?

/////////
You dont remember the world before Reagan. He broke unions.
Do you know why ?
Because they were an effective tool for the working class in promoting a middle class but more importantly, they voted in a block
for things like, safe work space, wages, pensions, health care, civil rights in the work place.
They provided worker training through age long apprentice programs that provided a way into the middle class
All things that cost the investor class money.
All gone now
Reagan was hired to bust unions once and for all
and we live in that world now,
Trumps world

Where it has devolved in to an upper class and everyone else
Witness the latest bailout.
What did you get, $1200? What did Eric Prince get ?
or the measly $4000 FMS's you got earlier
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Yes, pie in the sky "to each according to their means"

But like I said earlier, evidenced by the past 20 years, doesn't seem the VP class has been pulling it's weight

Strange world we are living in here in 2020.

Republicans who insist schools are indoctrinating our kids with liberal ideology want the kids to go back to these schools.

Democrats who are all about the public school system, want to keep the kids from going back.

Lol.

Well teachers wanna take the paid vacation today. Such heroes

really ?

c'mon man you know better than that.
/////////////////

my teacher friends see no "paid vacation" working from home.
Instead find they are putting in more hours while at the same time dealing with their own house bound children
Often having to do double duty.

Weren't you one of the first I heard bemoan stay at home work ?

I hate stay at home.

But at least in VA, teachers are only teaching twice a week for a couple hours per day. They prepare no new curriculum. They do not give grades. After an initial workload of virtualizing, they are working a third of the time. And they tell me they both love it, and that it's a joke for students

Accurate.

Reading about a lot of private organization for alternative options.

Perhaps the way to end our broken system is for dumb teachers to destroy themselves
