I'd save several factors.
For starters, the virus just destroyed the northeast at the beginning... spreading rapidly after escaping China
Next, the amount of testing we are doing is on an obscene level of absurdity.
Next, the government locked us down... except for big box retailerers and groceries. They basically dictated that EVERYBODY go to the same store... because apparently haircuts were too dangerous - best to have 10,000 people go to Walmart everyday
Next - we had nationwide protests of millions of people packing into tight streets to fight racist buildings
Finally - Americans value their freedom and are less willing to give it away. The government said flatten the curve, Americans did that. We now are wanting to get on with our lives as best as as we are allowed. I know you and goldy think this is a bad thing... I think it's a great thing. I wish more people were standing up to this insanity and living their lives once again
The facism happening in Australia right now is pure insanity.
Are they locking down their economy to hurt Trump too?

I guess I'll ask a 5th time. Why did Trump purchase the world's supply of this drug if HDQ is the cure all?
How many times are you going to post this drivel? When a new, deadly virus hits a country, the people affected first have a much higher death rate than people affected much later.
All thethe spews every day f'n day is how we've already built up immunities to COVID. If that actually were the case, then clearly states experiencing spikes now would have significantly lower death rates than states that got hit when no immunities were present. Stop acting like we haven't learned a bunch on how to treat this virus since April.
By the by Louisiana was one of the worst states by death rate. But I see you're always silent on them (hmm wonder why). They're seeing their biggest spikes in cases, but the majority of their deaths came in April.
hmm....why did thr northeast Democrat run states have high death totals? I wonder? What about those orders on nurskng homes? What about new york politicians saying go to Chinatown in February? What abkut the decision to not close the subways?
Damn trump
