They are claiming they dont have "meaningful" access not no access. Thats what these lawsuits are about. Theres nothing as far as I know that says they get to be over the shoulder of counters. I can only imagine how long this process would take if we have a lawyer for both sides standing behind them disputing every I that isnt dotted or T that isnt crossed. Theres no chance of ballots being thrown out because they didnt have "meaningful" access. Theres really no retroactive remedy. Best case scenario would be a judge ordering a recount of all the ballots in a county. Not likely.
Each local party, already has officials they've designated to be in the room. They're observing and watching.
This notion that because it's Detroit and Philly and the Dems are not letting Republicans into the room is hysterical. There are cameras in these rooms monitoring everything, being watched by both parties.
The lawsuits are nothing but noise, and more noise for Trump to claim cheating and fraud.
