I can only imagine how long this process would take if we have a lawyer for both sides standing behind them disputing every I that isnt dotted or T that isnt crossed. Best case scenario would be a judge ordering a recount of all the ballots in a county. Not likely.

Each local party, already has officials they've designated to be in the room. They're observing and watching.

This notion that because it's Detroit and Philly and the Dems are not letting Republicans into the room is hysterical. There are cameras in these rooms monitoring everything, being watched by both parties.

The lawsuits are nothing but noise, and more noise for Trump to claim cheating and fraud.

If Biden was against court packing, why not say so? It just kept the issue alive which helped Trump.

Why didn't Trump denounce white supremacists quickly?

Trump didn't want to offend a part of his base, and I'm assuming Biden didn't either. Difference is, not offending white supremacists and those wanting to pack the courts... little bit of a difference there.
 
people were against barrett confirmation and republicans did it anyway.
garland wasn’t even given a hearing.
adding more justices would’ve absolutely been in order.
mcconnell would so quickly do the same thing.

Don't think it really helped Trump.

I don't think any serious voter was going to make or break their vote on whether or not courts were going to be packed. Pretty sure most of the average electorate doesn't even know how many judges are even on the court or can even name more than 1 or 2 justices.

because he had a majority.
i’m saying if the scenario were exactly the same. if dems didn’t hold a hearing for a qualified judge 8 months or whatever before an election, and then DID hold a hearing a few weeks before. mcconnell would do whatever he could.

There's been no actual evidence of anything he's ever claimed and yet he BSed his way to 4 years in the WH. But I agree that Republicans in position to help him seem to have grown tired of being shat upon. Mitch and the boys can fare much better under Biden, who will be better for their brand. Just like Hillary would've been better for their brand as well.

You are handling it fine but you accepted the reality about who was going to win a long time ago. I dont know if you just met me or something but I enjoyed Trump winning in 2016 more than I am him losing now although I voted for Gary Johnson. If Biden wins he is a good bet at this point to decriminalize marijuana and we are likely a Minority leader McConnell away from real legalization. The war on drugs was handed several key losses. You have no idea how much BS I put up with from MAGA tards in my personal life. Very much not uncommon for a MAGA tard to overhear a conversation I am having with someone and start yelling "You cant talk about my President". For years the MAGA tards told me I didnt know what I was talking about. Trump was going to win in a landslide. We all love telling people "told you so". Looking forward to receiving my Biden 2020 hat and flag and marching around to trigger the snowflakes in my area.
