to make room for the hot new thangs like Snowflake

older companies find Texas to be more their speed...they don't have to be on the cutting edge anymore...its a sort of Darwinian process (i know he's a controversial figure for some)

If they are moving to Dallas area, they aren't exactly moving to a strong Republican areas. Dallas tens to lean left like most other Metropolitan areas in the country.

Yes Californians see Texas as a freedom destination and they intend to change it to be the place they fled.
