it's how bad faith posting works

tweets with screen shots rather than links are one of the tells

provenance (cerno, sperry, zerohedge, andy ngo, techno fog and the other usual suspects) is another tell

i've received an education around here on how deza gets disseminated

i would guess the posters who post that stuff know its deza at least 90% of the time

but they post it anyway

hence my calling them bad faith posters

i think his post is right in spirit for calling out certain posters and posting practices...but you are also correct that fake news is something different
 
I’m still waiting for someone to explain how the article was in fact not properly summarized by that tweet.

Not expecting a good faith effort there when it’s clear it was accurate.

Techno fog has proven to be more accurate than almost all the media combined so not sure what your beef is with him.

You guys, and you specifically, spread the biggest piece of fake news in our nations history and now you want to act all high and mighty. Sure thing guy. Whenever those Germans come with the pee tape and documentary evidence of gang raping you let is know.

Interesting narrative you and others are pushing.

The alternative narrative I follow:

1) very poorly chosen one, pompeo and others have indulged in xenophobic language re "wuhan virus" and "china virus"

2) this has contributed to a rise in anti-asian sentiment...it is not the only factor...but it is a contributing factor

3) crimes against asians rose sharply in 2020

there may be some "on the left" who are claiming that all of this rise in crimes against asians is due to racist white folks....so kudos to you, Andy Ngo and others for making sure this incorrect narrative is being debunked

meanwhile people of good will remain concerned about items 1-3 listed above

Didnt you also push the servers in Germany being seized by the US military that had the real election data on it showing he had something like 400+ electoral votes?

I didn’t push the second one. I brought it up as a joke to laugh at the internet. Go check the receipts.

The election was flat out stolen. Read the piece in Time.

there is also the not so small matter of adopting degrading treatment as an official strategy to deter people from applying for asylum as our own laws provide for...surely as a country we are capable of applying those laws in a humane manner
