The Coronavirus, not the beer

This is why democrats are low information voters. All the truth is on the conservative/populist side almost a year in advance.

I know. It was all a conspiracy theory.

Carp doesn’t want to try and come back here anymore.

Republicans made clerks spend 10 hours and 44 minutes reading the 628-page Coronavirus relief bill.

They finished at 2:00am. Republicans didn’t even listen. They don’t see workers as people.

And yet you still were a proponent of extreme measures almost a full year after?

I suppose if you take every position one of them will be right. Similar to how I’m right about fried.

Yup. Still holding on to my extreme pro-masking views.

I’m sure this is the only time an elected official used a clerk to read through a bill and propose revisions.

Who knew?

Wear a mask is fine to say.

Lose weight and make your overall life more enjoyable is too much.

Unserious people who have no clue how to run anything.

Hey @Dalyn

There are several meal services that mail you healthy meals ready to eat meals that are the same price as fast food or less. Don’t let this common misconception keep you eating unhealthy

Let me know if you’d like info.

This is the kind of thing that really shows how out of touch with poverty some people are. I am certainly not talking about fast food when I am talking about unhealthy and cheaper, and there is a reason this is not a legitimate option for poor people if you take a minute to think it through. I did a webinar for work recently where the guy was talking about the disconnect between even the middle class and poverty, and about time horizon. Some people don't have the luxury to think ahead. You should take a look at time horizons in this regard. Really interesting.

So many excuses when all you need is 30 minutes of exercise a day not to be obese.

But somehow this is expecting too much out of people so we have to lockdown the world for lazy people.

Destroyed the world economy.

Put hundreds of millions into poverty globally.

Psychologically damaged a whole generation of elementary aged children.

All because people are lazy and selfish.

What a ****ing world.

It was necessary to amass the power and debt dependence on the citizens

It is self sabotage that gets blamed on outside factors. In the end, it is personal responsibility that needs to rule over the mind\body.

This kind of thing just comes from a place that has no true understanding of mental illness. When I get a glimpse of how badly disconnected some of us are from others (usually when I have intimate knowledge of a subject being discussed, not just info), I wonder how far things like that go for all of us. Would explain so much. I have no doubt I have a similar disconnect with people who are wealthy and have never had to struggle financially or with mental illness. I'm lucky enough now that at least I can afford to eat healthy and take medication. This is not true for so many.
