There was a lot of late helium on Sweeney so not all that surprised to see him taken here. Never saw going to the Yankees in a mock, but I did see him mentioned in this strata of picks.

Think my ideal scenario is just paying for Will Taylor. It would be very different from the way Dana Brown’s drafts have gone in the past, unfortunately. But Kiley has him #9 overall, insane athlete. He’s fun.

I'll be p*ssed if it's Schwellenbach. I could stomach a lot of other guys, but I think Schwellenbach would be a wasted pick and lost opportunity.

A bit. But he lit up the showcases last summer and the same concerns were voiced when the Mets took Baty in 2019.
