There is no prevention of spread from the vaccines.
Therefore, mandatory vaccination makes ZERO SENSE.

I agree about the mandatory part on general principle. The 96% of Covid patients at my county hospital who are unvaccinated, and the deceased Covid patients there, if whom 100% also weren't vaccinated, would hopefully tell you that vaccination makes sense. And they aren't/weren't all old or fat.
positivity rate in Vermont is 4% (up 33% from 3% a week ago!)
in Idaho it is 23%
just sayin
And they aren't/weren't all old or fat.
Maybe because hypochondriacs aren't getting themselves tested in Idaho?

The graphic is showing daily new cases per million. That's hardly a misleading way of presenting the data.
In June it was 10ish new cases per million per day. Now it's 275ish new cases per million per day. It is, as implied by the commentary, a surge. Despite the vaccination rate being around 175% the number Fauci assured us would prevent surges.
They may not have all been old and fat.
But I would wager they all had something in common.
Anyhow, I hope they all see the light and become evangelists for vaccines.
If you're implying they didn't trust the vaccine then I would agree with you. If you're making another dig at people who vote republican or are white, then the large number of blacks included in those numbers would disprove your point.
I was just providing a little context to your not misleading post.
As was already pointed out, positivity rate is hardly an objective piece of data. My kid was at the doctor this week. Diagnosed with a sinus infection, given antibiotics, not tested for Covid. That could have easily been a negative test in another office that tests more liberally, decreasing that positivity rate.
stupidity sadly crosses all races
as i said there are multiple ancillary benefits to burn baby burn

Hey I give her credit for at least admitting it rather than going silent and pretending it never happened. Which is what most will do. And will do when Biden tells everyone he’s going to follow the science while he fights with the FDA and CDC on booster guidance.
TDS still strong - folks don'twant to call out govt overreach, missteps, general poor guidance, senseless rules, mandates, mixed messaging, etc, for fear of being associated with Trump (or more locally, thethe)
Is it stupid not to trust government encouraged vaccines within a couple generations, and a couple hours drive, from Tuskegee? Is it paranoia to know about something like MK Ultra and not fully trust a rushed vaccine the government either just approved or still hasn't approved?
