They've built a few, with Fiery Cross and Mischief being the most prominent. The US still has facilities in places like Wake, Midway, and Guam where sea level rise will become an issue. It's a problem, and even if it wasn't, none of us should be arguing for more crap in the atmosphere we breathe. And that still has nothing to do with enlisted soldiers, or >95% of officers.
