Wow, Zito not only doesn't provide proof, claims to be an amatuer detective, and also provides examples are his opinion on what might have happened, yet claims that Zimmerman lied. (martin grabbing for gun)

Because there's a transcript of what he said to the 911 dispatcher, there's audio clips from other 911 calls that contradict what he says happened. I also can tell from watching his video that more often than not he's displaying lying tendencies. Not saying that he was lying entirely because of that, but elementary research would indicate a high potential for deception.

Really Zito? Lying tendencies? Do you really believe you are qualified to make that assessment. I don't know enough about the 911 transcrips so I will have to take your word for it but your last point is a bit ridiculous IMO.

I guess thats what happens when you can't back up what you said with proof. Hey guys, I am a unemployed car salesman, but I can tell when someone on TV is lying!

People with more expertise have indicated it as well. But just cause you can prove someone is doing lying tendencies doesn't mean you can prove they were lying. But let's put it this way, if he was acting that way I would have interviewed him 200 times and tried to get him to lie obviously.

1. I have no idea what you're talking about, so I can't really expound on what you're saying.

2. If you had half a clue about sales, you'd know 99% of it is reading people.

I don' think that is legal. The facts support his account of the night. Thats why he is a free man.

I'd say that is correct it would be illegal. That is what is referred to as baiting or violating his due process or some legal eagle term. Zeets would be in jail for going too far. Hell, you interview me on what I ate for lunch 200 times, and I'll guarandamntee you will get slightly different accounts. I would be in jail according to Zeets jusdicial system.

Its also wanting him to be guilty when he isn't.

Exactly, and there is no evidence that shows anything other than self defense either. He was getting the hell beat out of him and he shot the guy to protect himself. Thats all!

So that isn't part of the "known" facts. What is the point? Aliens could have came and shot Martin. Hey, nobody knows what really happened and we can't believe Zimmerman.

Never said he should be in jail based on what happened in the end. He shouldn't be. BUT that said I think not questioning the police work is a fatal flaw. There was much more than could have been done JMO. Obviously it was a tough situation with the rain, but I think a better assessment coudl be done. And in the end I think this case is more about the laws in place than the victim and that has been lost.
