I think it’s confirmed they were shooting and attacking Rittenhouse via FBI footage that was “lost”
 
Was it confirmed or lost?
Cuz it couldn't be both

Still no verification that the victims were looters or just protesters

there is footage of them committing assault and battery and one of them committed assault and battery with a deadly weapon which are way worse charges then looting
 
Not saying there wasn't looting, but, were the shooting victims looting?
Are they on video breaking iand/or stealing property ?

Or do we take it for granted ?

No reflection on the assailants what so ever.

But yes they were confirmed to be assaulting the victim once the video was “found” again.

I asked if they were in fact looting.
There is no proof.

" According to court documents, Rittenhouse traveled from his home in Antioch, Illinois, to patrol Kenosha during the unrest, when he shot and killed Rosenbaum after a brief altercation in a parking lot in which Rosenbaum tried to take his gun. The incident was caught on video, and as Rittenhouse ran away he was seen making a phone call saying "I just killed somebody."

As he fled the scene, videos show a group of people pursuing Rittenhouse saying "beat him up!", "hey, he shot him!", "get him! Get that dude!" Rittenhouse then allegedly tripped and fell to the ground, at which point Huber, seen holding a skateboard, tried to take his gun when Rittenhouse allegedly shot and killed him. Shortly after Huber was shot, Rittenhouse also allegedly shot a third victim, Gaige Grosskreutz, in the arm. Grosskreutz reportedly was holding a handgun at the time he was shot. Rittenhouse's lawyers claim he acted in self-defense. "

I am not arguing the verdict or my opinion of the case.
But calling them "looters" is unfounded
let alone speculating the three victims should be in jail for looting

They weren’t looting because they are white. That is the only answer according to the media now.
