As for the oath,

I think taking someone off a live saving procedure list is excessively doing harm

Because not taking the vaccine has zero implications on whether this person would be given a transplant. In fact, since he has a heart issue, taking the vaccine probably poses more risk than not.
 
If the vaccine helps people that have health issues and is obviously more helpful than not being vaccinated when it comes to deaths

It seems like the board thinks it’s better to use organs on people that are more willing and better chance of living in case they get sick. Which is what they do with every other transplant. Like if you’re a drunk and ruined your liver you can get denied etc etc

But I’m sure you just speculating on something that is way less harmful to the heart than the actual virus makes sense for this fake outrage lol
