Actually, if you bothered to read what I said i've been consistent in saying there is no constitutional remedy to overturn the election once Pence decided to be a traitor.

Because if the FBI/DOJ lied about the Oath Keepers breaking in the door (which they said occurred) instead of them being let in (which seems to have happened but let's see) then what else are they lying about in the Oath Keeper case?

Yeah, definitely wise. “Someone’s defense attorney or the prosecutor says” is usually an iffy start when reporting on a case.
