I think Olson just needs a day off honestly. Get out of his head a little bit.
He's coming up from AA. We're going to have to deal with some of his growing pains.

The fix is guys like Ozzie, TDA, and Duvall stepping up, knocking off the Acuna as DH bull****, and Olson catching the ball.

I saw all I needed to see in 6 PA.
For real though, he hits ground balls at basically 50% of the time at every level. Gotta figure that isn't changing. Maybe he gets on a big babip streak.
We obviously have no other options right now, but I'd hope we're looking for some outside help

The real concern right now is we are in the middle of a stretch where we should be making up ground....we've lost ground in the east.

Mets are proving to be better than us. Probably time to shift our sights on WC
Can't control what other teams do. What we can control is getting above .500. In the end making the playoffs is the goal.

The Braves are a team that lives and dies by the HR and yet has seen some unusual power outages this year.
Duvall hit a HR every 14.6 PAs last year but is pacing a HR every 91 PAs this year.
Olson hit a HR every 17.3 PAs last year but is pacing a HR every 43 PAs this year.
Albies hit a HR every 22.9 PAs last year but is pacing a HR every 35 PAs this year.
Dansby hit a HR every 24.2 PAs last year but is pacing a HR every 31 PAs this year.
Albies and Dansby's power drop is more mild but still noticeable. The drop in Duvall and Olson is just bizarre. Olson is in his prime, has averaged a HR ever 16.7 PAs in his career, and suddenly sees the PA's between HRs almost triple? Something strange is happening.

I was just hoping for a temporary hot streak from waters while Harris got a month of AAA AB. I've never thought waters was a long term fix. Guess we'll see what happens with Harris, but I hope rushing him doesn't hurt him long term. I actually think he has long term potential, but i have a hard time seeing a ground ball machine work. I'd have liked to see him learn to lift in the minors.
Who mentioned strider? He has a 1.88 FIP and 0.8 fWAR in 28.2 ip.
