GDT 7/9/22: Braves vs Nats - Bring in Exterminator

Pache’s been an incredible CF. He came as advertised defensively. Hope he learns to be league average offensively but that seems very unlikely.

I think the scouting just seemed to be that Pache was the better defender. While Pache is still a very good defender, I think Harris is clearly ahead of him even in that category
 
Getting thrown out with Olson at the plate vs a RHP is not intelligent. Snit needs to start giving these guys the red light.
 
Allowing Wright to face the lineup a fourth time with 80 pitches and a 2 run lead is defensible. Not ideal, but defensible to let the young guy try in a regular season game.
 
See, but this is stupid. Wright was allowed to face the best LHH in the game? But not Bell? He was deemed good enough to face Soto, but not Bell a few pitches later? Pure idiocy.

If this was the plan then Smith should have started the inning.
 
My god we are gonna lose this game. We should have like 8 runs, some unfortunate luck and now the turds in the bullpen will blow it.
