Rendon had a 3 year run of averaging over 6 WAR before that deal nd performed at the same level in the covid season. But he's 32 now and doing what a lot of corner infielders do once they get to this point. Angels are just dumb and keep signing these stupid contracts. Pujols, Hamilton, Rendon....They don't deserve Trout or Ohtani.
 
So far the pop up storms are mainly just barely affecting the park… but these summer time airmass storms can still blow up right in top of them. They should not last too long though
 
Would think soon as long as any new storms don’t go up. May still be a little wait for lightning in the vicinity
 
The game's on Japanese tv today and Ohtani is getting about 55 seconds of every minute of screen time. He's hitting 102 on the radar gun while warming up. A guy who looks like his translator is checking on a small hand held device and showing him the numbers on every pitch. The announcers were going on and on about how many all stars the Braves have.
