If something is declassified it seems like the people responsible for prosecuting mishandling classified documents needs to know about it. Someone should really ask Trump if there are any other documents he claims to have declassified in his or his families possession because I wont be surprised if more is found.
 
The sad thing is that this was a chance to show him that there is no such thing as decertification years after an election The only thing that they could have done is pass a resolution saying Trump won which is basically just yelling at the sky. Not that little thethe will ever admit when he is wrong.

What should be done if an election is legitimately cheated that swayed the results?

I don't think "aww shucks we will get them on the next one" is a viable response
 
Its handled by lawsuits. The problem for Ron Paul is that a parties nomination process isnt obligated to be fair. The GOP could have said screw this **** and chosen Joe Exotic as the parties nominee. Only a large enough revolt from the party members could stop that. Just about everyone that has lost a Presidential election has some level of complaint. Al Gore with vote counting being stopped in Florida, John Kerry with the swift boat veterans, Hillary with wikileaks/Russia and the Republican FBI agents breaking department policy to hurt her politically, and every President thinks the media isnt fair to them. Once a person is sworn in the only method is impeachment and removal no matter if it turns out later that Trump colluded with the mole people from Jupiter or we find out Biden only got 1 vote in the whole country. Thats what makes the accusations about the Russia investigation were so stupid. Anything that requires half of the other party to vote to impeach and remove their own parties President is not grounded in reality.




After looking iy up Maine in 2012 said they cant do a recount because all the ballots were immediately destroyed. Now I dont think a recount would have made a difference but its more sketchy than anything little thethe has brought up about 2020.

Trumps lawyers most likely won't even get to mention Hillary Clinton during the trial. They could mention her case in motions to the judge that will all be denied but the judge will rule that it's not relevant to the case the jury is hearing. It would be like an accused murderer trying to say they shouldn't be guilty because OJ Simpson got off. Might as well just legalize all crime because someone somewhere probably beat the charge but was actually guilty.
 
Also, based on the reaction I see in legal communities I visit I expect the Special Master ruling to be overturned on appeal to a higher court. Might be quicker for the DoJ to just let there be a SM rather than going through an appeal to every higher court because it's only purpose is to delay the investigation and these courts tend to insist you go level by level instead of just going straight to the Supreme court.

The governor or secretary of state can decline to certify.
 
They would just get ordered to certify or present real evidence of a reason not to certify. Some dip****s already tried this and said they werent going to certify because Dominion machines were used, they had no actual accusations but just said "we don't trust them" which did not go over well in a court of law. You cant just disenfranchise voters like that.

I still don’t buy that he was holding on to documents of that nature. I do wonder what possible defense his supporters would come up with if he did, though.

I don't care about the documents he has when our current president is actively making life worse for Americans. California can't drive their EV but they are.more worried about trump having empty folders.

Is the FBI ever gonna let us know who is on Epstein client list.by the way?
