They have nothing. Their entire party is all about lawsuits and investigations constantly

I'm glad they are suing. I look forward to hearing the arguments and setting the precedents

Didn't the GOP file thousands of lawsuits against the ACA. Even after the Supreme Court upheld it the first time.

They filed their lawsuits all the way to the supreme court to overturn roe.

Didn't the GOP hold 30+ investigations into Benghazi. And even had Hillary testify for 13+ hours.

Didn't Mitch McConnell brag about packing the courts for generations because he knew the GOP could basically sue and get a lot of what they want to achieve via the judicial?

Trump nominated some judges who were beyond unqualified to serve. Show me the Dem equivalents that were nominated with no experience on the bench and barely any law.

I will say this... When it comes to lawsuits, I care a lot more about things that impact the lives of millions of Americans (garbage like ACA, roe etc) than I do about lawsuits aimed to "get l" political opponents (trump DOCUMENTS, DeSantis HUMAN TRAFFICKING!)

I guess the New Yorkers who have moved to South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina to get away from the cold all count as political dissidents?

I hope they didn't all buy electric cars as that would severely impair their ability to move.
