There's a big difference between misplacing documents and refusing to give back documents. You show me anywhere anyone told Biden he had classified documents and to return them and he refused, then lock him up. If Trump had simply given up the documents when asked there would be no investigation of him.

You are partially correct. There is a huge difference in being able to declassify at will and not. Which he could not.
Then there’s the fact he had no idea they were even there…. Senility and all that jazz.

Legal precedent states that these documents are Trump's and if NARA disagrees with it they can take him to civil court to take it back. Of course the FBI/DOJ isn't too keen on proper procedure nowadays. The president determines what is his and what goes into the archives. I have shown you people over and over with links to what I'm saying is correct but keeping your head in the sand is what some of you do best it seems.

Would be nice if the American people could not vote for Creepy Pedos for president. WE had a perfectly viable candidate in Bernie who isn't a creep, isn't a corporate shill, etc. but instead we get Creepy Uncle Joe and Diaper Don.
One thing I think almost any American should be able to get behind after the last 6 years, Age limit for president. If you can collect social security, you cannot lead the country. Make it an amendment to the Constitution. To be president you have to be between 35 and 65. If you turn 65 while in office you cannot run for re-election.
Kind of like how the constitution was written before we had semi and fully automatic firearms. The constitution was written at a time people died before turning 70.
Fun stat. Only 15 people have been in the Oval Office at 65 or older. 2 died in office (Taylor and Harrison) 6 happened in the last century.
