Here is a good article about this whole eociment thing that I agree with. If the documents Trump had were **** like the weather map he doctored or his love letters with dictators I don't give two shots and don't favor prosecution over that. It needs to be a document that we actually has a legitimate reason to be classified. I would however be fine with obstruction related charges for any crimes he or his lawyers committed to conceal the classified documents even if they shouldn't have been classified.
 
Individual - 1 should serve at least as much time as Michael Cohen had to for the crime he was responsible.
 
The case that Bragg is readying strikes me as a nothing burger. A stretch. Even an abuse of prosecutorial discretion.

There are a bunch of other much more serious crimes very poorly chosen one should be charged with, including the ones Bragg punted on last year.

Prosecutors not named John Durham tend to only bring charges when its a slam dunk. The prosecutors working the case sure thought they had a good chance for a conviction. What does it tell you if Bragg indicts Trump now if he wouldnt bring the previous case because it wasnt a slam dunk win?
