The Biden Presidency

Ok so tell me why a voter ID is racist but providing an ID to buy beer or cigarettes isn't?

This is where you step into the legal quagmire of a few things.

1. As I've said it's stupid to compare constitutional rights to non-constitutional rights.

2. You're also comparing something that's largely up to the discretion of the person who chooses to enforce it to something that is applied to every citizen. For example, if my old ass walks into a bar, odds are I won't be carded.

But again, show me anything that says there isn't racial bias in Voter ID laws.

Serious question to Zito and Sturg. Is it more important to ensure everyone who has the right to vote can do so without having to provide and ID, or is it more important to require the ID to ensure that only those who have the right to do so can?

I think I know where one of you stands, no idea on the other.

I believe only those who have a right to vote should be allowed to do so

Requiring an ID is probably the best way to implement this. But I'm open to other ideas

The right answer is obvious. The left doesn’t agree with that because they need to cheat as we saw in San Joaquin (which is the norm in democrat ****holes)

I support a system where only tax neutral or better person votes. If you are receiving more from the government than you put in then you dont get to vote.

New world order are a bunch of loser cowards.

We need to put the world into balance by ridding the world of these cowards.

It appears zito finally tapped out. One can only take so much humiliation

Meanwhile, what do the residents of Ohio think when they see the President checking in on the residents in Ukraine?

Didn't you hear? Biden made a few phone calls yesterday about Ohio!

He is doing things!!!

What a farce that we have to pretend this vegetable actually is our president.

Constitution makes it clear who in the US has the right to vote. It also makes it clear penalties (if you will) for when people violate them. I don't expressly care about Voter ID vs. not. I just want the population and house spread to be properly apportioned. So states with Voter ID laws, instead of their number of representatives being based off of eligible adults who can vote. It should be eligible adults who can vote and have a proper Voter ID.

Unlike a lot of people I've had the privilege to live in a Voter ID and a non-Voter ID state. I didn't find the difference to be significant. In one place I said my name and showed my ID. In one place I said my name and full address. Only advantage I'd give NH is I can do same day registration.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA - Sure thing bud.

THats why the left was so terrified of investigations and stopped them at every turn.

I'm still; wondering if requiring a photo ID to participate in something is racist or not... perhaps asking 20 times will be the magic number

It hasn't even been 24 hours. Some of us have **** we have to do. Sorry I can't live up to your level of loserdom and posting every hour on the hour.

NOt shocking that you can't comprehend that people have other **** to do. As you've spent forever pretending like Voter ID implication isn't racist.

Your claim that its racist is racist itself.

The fact you can't see this is hysterical.

It's in the constitution. We just need a congress with the stones to appropriately enforce it. Won't happen of course because republicans benefit from stopping people from voting. So they'd stonewall any attempt to enforce the amendments of the constitution
