Prosecutors should think long and hard before prosecuting based on a novel interpretation of the law. Bragg had a better case with respect to insurance fraud and other financial crimes. He should have prosecuted those and not this one. However, he and his team are pros and presumably know what they're doing. I'm just a message board poster.

Little birdies say the DA's office is not in lockstep on this. We all know whats happening. Soros and team are calling the shots.

It is possible even likely that the GOP primary season will occur while four criminal cases (and multiple civil cases) are under way:

1) Manhattan DA case
2) Georgia case
3) Federal case re obstruction and mishandling of classified documents
4) Federal case re efforts to overturn the 2020 elections

The best outcome is very poorly chosen one drops out and the GOP can move on to the post-Trump era. A normal primary with normal competent candidates would be a very good thing.

There is some BS. And a lot of criming and general all-around incompetence and malign activity. He's done a great deal of harm. Whatever he gets he deserves.

Y'all have been victims in various ways. For whatever reason you have chosen to set fire to your ability to see things for what they are. It actually goes beyond gaze aversion. Instead you have gone through all sorts of absurd contortions to defend and justify the indefensible.

I dropped my GOP registration in the summer of 2016. I'm so glad I did. But I had the advantage of becoming very familiar with very poorly chosen one during his Marla Maples period, when he was also running his various business enterprises into the ground. So I never had any doubts he was a total clown. But he turned out to be a good deal worse than that.

You still haven't figured it out that you're the one on Team Crazy yet, have you? Seriously, you leftists are a bunch of emotional basketcases. To prove my point look how you salivated over every Trump story saying he's guilty of something. You're constantly being gaslighted and you can't figure it out.

I've tried to explain that my feelings were hurt when credibly accused creepy joe turned down my application to serve on his rapid response team. In retrospect I was lucky. It is a very damaging and dispiriting thing to serve on any president's rapid response team. But especially on very poorly chosen one's. I hope there is a special place in heaven for y'all.

I just don't care about the moral character of the president.

He's not my friend. I will never meet him.

I care about good policy and results and sadly trump has been by far the best at achieving this in my lifetime

The contempt that liberals have for trump is really bizarre... While they do not blink an eye at politicians literally destroying great cities and states is something I cannot.understand.

How someone can look at what has happened to Portland or SF and not care but obsess over stormy Daniels for 5 years is really pathetic

Thats only the campaign finance violation part. He will also be charged with falsifying a business record which there really isnt much of a defense to.
