So Putin removed the previously leader of Crimea, installed a pro Russian leader, and then they voted and agreed to move under Russia.
Is that about right?

I don't know (genuinely). I am uninformed on the history because I really don't care.
But I trust the Russian elections even less than I trust American elections, so voting totals aren't going to sway my opinion.
What's clear to me is Putin made an aggressive move against a country who's leader didn't want it

I will admit that some of RDS' rhetoric in this Piers interview is troubling and seems needlessly escalatory
Later in the interview, DeSantis — agreed with Morgan’s assertion that the Russian president is “now an evil, genocidal monster” following the deadly invasion of Ukraine.
“I do, well sure, who wouldn’t?” DeSantis said when asked if he agreed.
“What’s happening is horrible. When you see rockets going into apartment buildings, and there are plenty of people in those buildings, you know, they think they’re, like the people moved out, they didn’t move, they wanted to stay because they think they’re safe in their apartments.”

Honestly - I've asked you a few times tonight to post my previous positions that I have flipped on.
I have said in the past that Putin is a bad guy, but understand why he has made some of the decisions he has made.
I would be shocked if i ever said his invasion of another country was a good thing... but if you have the receipts... please share and I'll address
