None of these are serious crimes to a reasonable observer. It’s just levels of absurdity as the only distinction between the cases.

The judge strongly hinted he would have discarded a guilty verdict and the jury foreman said the case was a waste of time.

Of course it's a waste of time since it's a lefty in trouble. But I'm sure it would have been the same if it was a Trump person on trial, right? Oh wait. We're still putting people in jail in DC for trespassing after being invited in the capitol, correct?

Despite bringing evidence that 1) The guy perjured himself with text evidence that shows he did lie 2) Despite evidence that it was material. it just wasn't important though. lol

I always thought that the law made it clear that it was the state that had to prove guilt, not the citizen who has to prove innocence

You are grasping at straws. There certainly is a high level politician who thinks everyone he doesnt like is guilty even AFTER proven innocent. Not gonna hold my breath on you holding that person to the same standards you have for Democrats.
