I don't think this is his main problem. His main problem is the conspiracy he and Nauta engaged in to hide the documents and prevent their return.

I think his main problem is the way he uses his own inner circle folks, now lawyers, pits them against one another like he did on The Apprentice, and creates personality battles/wars in his own war room. Those that find themselves under the bus, ejected by Trump or gone on their own choice, now become very credible witnesses against him. There's a long list of people who meet this criteria, but now these scorned confidantes are lawyers who keep good records and are pretty good at telling their stories.

Trumps losing his mind in social media posts. I cant wait until he realizes he wont be able to make the stupid arguments he is trying in social media posts in the trials. He will be able to make them to the Judge who will then rule on whether he can argue that to the jury. Whatabout Biden and Hillary wont be allowed to argue to a jury. That he declassified the documents wont be allowed to be argued to the jury. This is a witch hunt against Trump wont be allowed to be argued to a jury.

Some speculation about what a sentence could look like given his secret service detail and not wanting people in a prison to extort national security details from Trump. I cant believe some of these are even questions. His secret service detail can get lost imo. They can wait outside the prison. Some think a sentence would be house arrest with an ankle monitor. That would be a miscarriage of justice. I have an idea though. Super Max. He will never see another inmate much less be in a position for an inmate to threaten him so no secret service detail needed. Maybe they can have them watch him on cameras 24/7 to ensure his safety.

For those wondering what an actual for real weaponization of the machinery of government against one person's rights to freedom of expression looks like, the perversion of the vetting process for Bolton's book is a good place to start.

And Trump called for the weaponization of law enforcement against Bolton for daring to criticize him. My how the turn tables. You have to give Republicans credit though, they really stuck up for Boltons free speech rights and told Trump weaponizing law enforcement is bad.......

I dont feel sorry for him. All he had to do was tell the truth and he likely wouldnt have been charged. Lets be real here, he will be a GOP hero, after this is over and he serves whateever punishment he gets I bet he runs for office and wins atleast the GOP primary. Watch him run for Florida Governor in 2026 or 2030.

I feel sorry for him being named Waltine Nauto. But it's kinda catchy and melodic, actually. Very singable, unlike his partner's.

Every culture has its naming conventions. The Chamorro people of Guam (an ethnic group closely related to the Filipino people and undoubtedly near to the heart of distinguished board leader) being no exception. Waltine sounds like a perfectly good name to me.

"If you want to get to President Trump, you're going to have to go through me, and 75 million Americans just like me. And most of us are card-carrying members of the NRA. That's not a threat, that's a public service announcement"

Karen trying to gaslight MAGA into prison sentences. And most of the cops doing the locking up will be Trump supporters too.
