I would say the same about several deals Kushner has made. Selling a 99 year lease for 666 5th Avenue for a billion dollars money up front ring a bell? Getting 2 billion investment from MBS right after leaving the White House? We both know these 2 deals are corrupt but that's not nearly enough to indict some much less get a conviction.

Were those deals bud away from the public? Or without actual business purpose?

Good lord the way you people have to try to twist my statements to try to make an argument. The point about his tax returns is that you dont even have to prove the bribery or any of that other stuff. Just show him getting money he didnt report on his taxes and ya got em. So wheres the money Lebowski.

Any indictment of a Democrat is proof of guilt but any indictment of a Republican is weaponization of law enforcement. In fact Democrats are guilty even if never convicted of a crime. Meanwhile you think the perpetual victim Trump who has 2 indictments and over 100 felony charges where he was caught red handed is somehow innocent. Joe Biden should get Merrick Garland to indict him for fraud, apparently that would make you like and trust him.

If they wanted it done they would have done it. If you look at some of Smith's past cases he has been chewed out by not only SCOTUS but other courts for unethical behavior. He's not above lying. Between his leaking and showing boxes in the bathroom/ballroom in which he knows that have no classified material is in them speaks volumes.
