2024 Field

You should be grateful you have the best governor in the country.

Don't worry you can still read your pedo porn book at your house

I would certainly hope.hed go farther and jail them for their failure but we ain't on the dems level yet

I certainly hope he would to. Doing so would constitute and abuse of power and DeSantis would find himself in prison eventually. Nice to see you think people arent allowed to vote for their elected officials, but we already know you hate Democracy.

Trump says he would institute nationwide stop and frisk. Nothing says freedom like the cops being able to throw you up against a wall and search random people whenever they want. Of course the biggest fans of stop and frisk are people who will never be stopped and frisked.

Oh jailing people is bad now?

Not that I support this, but wouldn't this get many of the guns off the streets that your side hates so much?

Meanwhile... Another Rand Paul staffer was stabbed yesterday. And in NY, Lee Zeldin's stabber has been let off Scott free after a year of community service

More political violence for the left to celebrate... that is why RDS is so hated by them

Attempting to imprison your political enemies is a crime called abuse of power and the prosecutor would be liable for malicious prosecution. I know what you are getting at and if you have any evidence Joe Biden personally ordered Merrick Garland or anyone else to "go after" Trump then I am all ears.

If that was enough evidence Trump would be in prison for Russian collusion right now. You would need physical or audio proof Biden ordered anything regarding Trumps legal situation. No one gives a **** about all the stuff you think Biden needs to distract from.

the paper of record told us sao

According to the Times, Biden “privately told his close circle of advisers” that Trump “posed a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted for his role in the events of Jan 6.”

“He also told confidants that he wanted Attorney General Merrick B. Garland to stop acting like a ponderous judge and to take decisive action,” the Times reported.

You must have missed the word "order". Trump freely admitted he asked Bill Barr to go after Hillary. By your logic no Democrat Trump has ever said should be prosecuted publicly could be prosecuted. Just about anyone can make a criminal referral to the DoJ. Rand Paul made one about Dr. Fauchi recently. Theres nothing wrong with suggesting criminals be prosecuted.

LOL the Democratic Party is so incredibly lucky to have you

when did Trump order overturning the election?

Who says a direct order is required? He tried to delay/stop the lawful certification of the vote through illegal means using lies and deceit.

hahahahahahahahaha

Biden's evidence requires a direct order, according to you

Trump's evidence does not... of course

The Democratic Party is so incredibly lucky to have you. gooooood boy!!!

Are you autistic? We went from talking about abuse of power through ordering a malicious prosecution of a perceived political enemy to trying to change an elections winner through fraud. Completely different crimes. For Biden it requires evidence. Yes. You have none. What Trump is accused of he is caught red handed and in this case has confessed no less than 250 times. Trumps caught so red handed that I doubt it would even amount to a crime if Biden ordered it. The point of the order is that presumably the person made a criminal referral either in person or in writing and when told they dont have sufficient evidence to do so makes it an order. It would only be considered unethical and imo would be an impeachable offense. As I have told you, Trump admitted publicly to asking Bill Barr to weaponize the DoJ to go after Hillary and says he said no. So do you believe Trump admitted to a crime and Democrats are just choosing not to prosecute him for it? How does that fit your narrative?
