2024 Field

A debate between the two would chagne exactly 0 votes.

I don't expect them to debate either.

Quite the democratic process we've got these days. Two 80 year Olds who are despises by most of the country refusing to.debate issues to choose who leads the most powerful country in the world

Yes - The system is broken and you need an outsider to change it.

Vivek is more chatgpt than robot

Eh - I don't know what to think about Vivek still at this time. I like some of things that he says but his past is sketchy if you ask me.

The one thing is that he is self-funded so less likely to kowtow to the Citadels of the world allowing CCP infiltration of the country.

Without a doubt. Populist movements are never anchored in principle. They chase the zeitgeist.

"Principle" is what saw the rise of the CCP.

"Principle" has allowed our culture to be rotted to the core

"Principle" has allowed the left to completly destroy out political system.

"Principle" has allowed the Western World to be overran by third world nations.

I think we could put "Principle" to bed.

He's a charlatan

I liked him at first but then saw his past and he's clearly silver tongue scammer.

It's also obvious he's got a deal with Trump

It's actually a failure to abide by principle that led to all of these

No its the fact that you don't realize the people who push 'Principle' have no principles at all.

So when you hear slogans like "Principled Conservative" its a bogus POS.

From the perspective of a textbook of what makes good policy.

You and I haven't been negatively impacted by how the world has changed, in fact benefitted from it. We are in the minority.
I’ve been greatly impacted by Covid. I lost people I cared about. The inflation and rising interest rates from Covid policy have eroded the value of my savings. It’s created stress at my work with hiring freezes and budgets slashed. So yes, I do care to hear someone answer questions about how they’ll prevent and fix the problems.

Intellectual is what we should all strive for.

Well then you should want Trump big time because this country hasn't seen prosperity like it had from 2016-2019 in decades.

'Intellectual' being the end goal is what gets medical agencies to put out policies of preventing all deaths. So no, 'Intellectual' is not what we should strive for in public policy.

This literally makes zero sense. We shouldn’t have principles because the Chinese have principles. What?

Because "Principles" are not what they sound like. Its all about ensuring 100% efficiency of economic systems with complete disregard for the working class.

Actually I've spent my entire adult life only supporting politicians who have principles.

Which is why I refused to vote for Romney or Obama or HRC or Trump.

2020 was the first time I've ever deviated from that

Communism is the exact opposite of 100% efficiency or economic systems. Every example of communist rule sprang out of a populist uprising.

This is true - Only difference is that this generations populist movement is in response to a Marxist/Globalist power structure.

Definitely not a cult

Do you not think Trump has been the most truthful president of our lifetime?

COVID made big issues with family and friends so I'm not necessarily surprised.

The bottom two are obvious.

I find that populists care about the right things but rarely have the right answers. Populists like ideas like rent control, subsidies, and welfare, all of which lead to making things worse off.
