Why just the US btw?
Why not tell me how many people watched the superbowl in the US to contrast?
Keep in mind the Super Bowl draws a huge audience of children that Tucker Carlson isn’t pulling. So that would mean that Tucker/Trump is drawing a substantially higher % of adult viewers if “200m” is real
Are you saying Nielson extrapolates based on average household size and not TV sets?.
It’s more sophisticated than “average household size”, but to answer your question - yes.
If anything as many children have twitter accounts as they do TV's....maybe more.
Great so even more reason to discount the total count or not only count “haircuts” for Twitter views.
Then of course the idea of who is actually watching versus how many tvs are on in the background.
Your twisting is revealing bud.
How many unique people will watch this interview?
We have thethe claiming fake news on the number of Super Bowl watchers. Didn’t have that on my bingo card for the day, but here we are.
I'm still wanting to see any commentary of the interview
what did they talk about it?
it just gonna be another "polls" situation where we brag about view counts but nobody cares about the substance?
As if people don't know Trumps positions or don't realize that he's released volumes of policy videos.
You just don't care about that of course.
so what was the point of the interview then?
did tucker push him on his covid policies or his failed election success? did they talk about flipping states that were lost and how to do it?
To stick it to Fox News of course - Figured you would have figured that out by now. Why else start at 8:55?
oh. well if that's the case the 213 billion people will watch it are going to be disappointed to hear the same ol whining we always get
I never said fake news - I'm just pointing out that you're coming out with haircuts (valid mind you) for twitter views, a portion of which can apply to SB views.
But of course, you didn't decide to do that.
I can only wonder why.....
Clearly bringing up the Super Bowl was to frame how insane those view numbers were. Nothing in the US comes close to pulling an audience like that does.(but FWIW, advertisers have contracts with Fox that guarantee X amount of viewers so there’s at least a degree of accountability for Nielsen’s to get a reasonable accurate estimate — Twitter and Trump has every incentive to inflate viewership).
