GDT - 9.26: Game 2, Chicago Dansby's at Bravos

Braves last 51.2 ip by pen, 40 er.

I threw out Lopez's innings in Miami

I truly do not care. How many of those runs are from Minter, Johnson, Chavez Jimenez, and Iggy? Those are the key arms moving forward. Sure, Yates and Tonkin (if he makes the roster) will see time, but not likely in high leverage. I’m not saying the bullpen is unreal, but it’s super solid.

It’s kind of crazy to see this lineup struggle against a pitch throwing low-90s. His movement must be absurd because he’s hanging damn near everything right over the middle

Since the braves clinched, they've played 7 games vs playoff level teams. They're 1-5 and down 6 in 6th about to go 1-6. The RD is -30. This is bad

they’re 49-29 against teams over .500. You don’t wake up and say, “man, it’s time to suck ass against good teams!” Nor do you flip a switch and suddenly be a different team. The only concern right now is the starting rotation with Max questionable, Elder pitching like ass and Morton out.

Even against a lefty, really just don't think Arcia should ever hit anywhere but 9th - and I love Arcia. But he really should not be hitting 6th ever. Realize his lefty splits have been phenomenal but problem is later in the game

I don't burn a good reliever unless we are winning. This game means nothing.. even if the Dodgers win game 2, the magic number is 2. The Braves will win 2 games before the season is over.

This may be our most winnable game this series. Who we starting after this?

I'm not sure how Mike can just let that pitch go like that. What an awful time to sell out for one pitch

This is my favorite type of Braves game… where we start to come back enough just to make it interesting only to come up just short and pissing me off that I wasted another hour and a half ish
