Him having a 100 WRC+ as a Braves is not driving up anything. If anything this gives the Braves a good look (from a clubhouse perspective) if he's worth signing in the offseason. In no way is it negative at all unless your on a crusade to be negative about literally everything.

I'd agree at this point. Even the WAR difference isn't much. 2.2 for Drake and 2.0 for Horton.

This has been a thing since forever though. If you act a fool and do things that can damage a companys reputation they have and will fire you. I want the player who brings the most value. You literally have posted Olson's vs Freeman's fWAR daily for years now when it benefited your argument. Now that it doesn't you just ignore these basic facts. Vlad is the only 1B you can argue is better than Olson this year and it's a fair one.

I get labels don't really mean much. But his 2023 was literally historic and record breaking for the Braves. So I'd put it a step up from very good/great. That being said. He's still the top 1B in the game by metrics that matter.

Why are you rattling off a ton of different offensive stats when you just need 1 which encompasses them all? 2nd in fWAR and 1st in bWAR is all you need to know though.
