I may be late on this but President Bukele is playing a dangerous game. I think he has done a good job in a near impossible situation in El Salvadore but the path he is on may end with him in a prison cell. El Salvadore doesnt have the military power to protect him from the international court. I dont think he would be prosecuted by the US once we have a non-felon President but all bets are off if he ever leaves office.


And to answer "for what"........ human trafficking. Forced Slavery. He is not a US government official and has no immunity from prosecution. He has diplomatic immunity but that only helps him in office.
 
I will say its a good deal but I dont see what holds Ukraine to it once Trump is gone considering we reneged on our promise to defend them if they gave up nukes.

I dont know whats crazier.... that a US President is being asked if he would invade Canada or a US President saying invading Greenland isnt off the table. Where did the anti-war right go? 100 days in and hes talking about annexing neighboring countries and invading western allies. Like some kind of historical figure with a stupid moustache.

I have criticized Trump 47 extensively on tariffs and speech.

But he’s saying and doing all the right things to deescalate global conflicts. His team has handled India/Pakistan and Ukraine/Russia quite well. I’m hopeful they’ll keep Israel and Iran in check. It would be a massive success and a real upgrade over Biden 46.

Add in to this what looks to be a masterful Middle East summit.

Trump is truly the greatest president of our lifetime and we may never see another eclipse him in our remaining lives.
 
And now an Iran deal with trump booting the neoconservatives out of the picture.

Greatest president of our lifetime and probably in our nations history.

Tough pill to swallow around these parts.
