Raheem Morris' career HC record now stands at 27-45. That's a .375 win percentage. Some context, there are 201 qualifying NFL coaches in the history of the game. Raheem Morris is the 27th worst by record. That's bottom 15% of all the coaches to ever coach enough games to qualify. Of the 18...

I'm hoping the Falcons clean house. Fire Terry Fontenot who can't draft and Raheem Morris who can't coach. Bring in a new GM who gets to basically pick his own HC. I doubt this happens as Blank likes Raheem Morris. He'll convince Blank that Kirk wasn't fully back from his injury but will be...

It's even worse now. That injury killed his ability to even move within the pocket and has also prevented him from driving off that foot and stepping into his throws. He never had a great arm but now it's seriously limiting him. He basically has to work between the numbers.

The Falcons are spiraling. Cousins is done. In his last 4 games he has 0 TDs and 8 picks. He hasn't thrown a TD pass since Nov 3. On top of that, Morris is utterly incapable of getting this team out of this slide. Dude looks like a deer in the headlights.

If you think it was football, fine. Then do away with the targeting penalty all together. It makes zero sense for that hit to be legal and yet there be targeting calls when a defender is putting his facemask in a guy's numbers only to have the guy he's tackling duck a bit causing helmet to helmet.

It may have been correct based on the rule as written but that just means the rule needs to be changed. That kind of hit is what the rule tried to prevent. It was a tackle with violence that went beyond an ordinary tackle. It was a player using their helmet as a weapon. It was dirty. It might...

Georgia pulled it out. Next to last play of the game was a DIRTY hit by the Texas safety but a targeting flag was waived off. If that wasn't targeting then they need to rewrite the rule. Dude used his helmet as a weapon and went after the head of Georgia's QB. Is exactly the kind of hit that the...

I really, really enjoyed the first two episodes of Skeleton Crew. They aren't repeating perhaps the biggest mistake of The Acolyte. They seem to be telling one, coherent story and not throwing a bunch of underdeveloped storylines at you. The acting has been pretty good too, especially the...

Cousins was a dumb risk by Fontenot and Morris. If you draft a QB you give yourself a year or two grace period to break them in. You sign Cousins and you're expected to compete immediately. Even if they switch to Penix now, they won't get the grace period. Expectations are already set. This...

Also, I'd like to point out I was right about Cousins being an awful bet and also right that Morris was a terrible hire.

Yeah, at least with Penix an interception is a learning experience. I'd also move on to Penix with a bad showing by Cousins next week but I don't think the Falcons will. I don't see any way they make a mid season change absent an injury to Cousins.

Struggling against inferior teams has been a whole season thing for Georgia. This team came out ready to play twice, Clemson and Texas. Every other game they've slept walked through portions.

Kirk Cousins is done. Betting on a guy over 35 to come back from an Achilles and be fine was dumb.

100% agree. UGA has more talent at basically every position. Which is why I think last night was a coaching failure.

Nope. Tech came out focused and Georgia didn't. Throw in Tech's gadget offense confusing Georgia's young secondary and it was a recipe for disaster. I think Georgia's biggest problem right now is the coaching staff. Kirby is awesome but his assistants aren't. It's a problem successful programs...

With the current state of the game, I want Georgia to stop playing Georgia Tech. This is a game where Georgia rarely has anything to gain and a ton to lose. If Georgia had beat Kennesaw State today they'd be in the exact same position. Tech, on the other hand, has this game circled on their...
